Our 5 Star Client Promise

Yes! We are a Fiduciary

We do have a fiduciary responsibility to always do what's best for the client. However, we didn't need a law to tell us that! It's our moral fiber! It is important to know when considering your options and shopping around, (yes, I know you're shopping!) to know whether the Agent, Broker, Advisor, or Agency has a fiduciary responsibility.

What is does Fiduciary Duty mean?

The law states, "(3) Any insurance agent who breaches a fiduciary duty; who solicits, offers, sells, transacts, or purchases insurance coverage from a risk retention group which is not in compliance with the applicable provisions of this part; or who violates any provision of the Florida Insurance Code shall be subject to fine and revocation or suspension of her or his license and appointment, in accordance with the procedures established under the Florida Insurance Code and may be held liable for civil damages to any person or group resulting from such violation or breach of a fiduciary duty."
